Blackstone POS

The proliferation of products in the prepaid calling card marketplace, as well as the birth of prepaid wireless, led to the creation of Blackstone POS, Inc., the first company to produce a point of sale device to deliver a variety of prepaid products electronically combined with full merchant service capabilities.
POS was the first company to have the patented software, certified by merchant service processors, which was later embedded into standard terminal software programs used by the manufacturer for merchants worldwide.
